We know that most online IELTS course don’t offer nearly as much personalised feedback as we do, but we are a feedback-focused course and school as we believe that’s the best way to give you value for your time and money and to help learners make the biggest improvements.

Yes, absolutely. All of of our feedback includes an overall band score (for Writing or Speaking) as well as individual scores for each band descriptor which is used to grade that skill. 

You’ll have comments related to your performance according to each band descriptor, but, most importantly, you will receive feed forward comments at the end of your feedback which tell you what you need to work on to improve your score, show you examples of how to do so and refer you to specific parts of the course which will help you to develop your knowledge and skills.

All of our courses are accessible by this website by logging in with your information once you have registered and bought a subscription.

We use Zoom for our weekly online lessons (every subscription entitles you to attend these lessons where we will look at a particular part of the exam or skill and give you live practice with them).

We also use our own apps within the course to set speaking and writing tasks and to give you feedback on them. 

(As some of our students come from places which might have some problems accessing certain tools/apps, we also have a back-up system using We Chat and Google Drive to allow you to submit your work for feedback. So we’ve got you covered :))

We always have a back up option for submitting your work to get feedback on.

You can also email theieltscorner@gmail.com if you have further difficulties. Soon we will have a chatbot on the site to help with any technical, and other, issues and get them resolved quickly.

Each course can take around 3-4 weeks to study.

Therefore, we recommend that you study at least 2 to 3 months with us. Remember: feedback is included in each monthly subscription and there will be parts of the course you will need to revisit so that you can act on your feedback and use it to improve. Students often need multiple opportunities of receiving feedback in order to make significant improvements.

We use an app, which you can access through your courses on the website, to set the monthly tasks and give feedback on them.
